PALO ALTO: Facebook said the other day that it was “reducing the distribution of all content and profiles” run by Myanmar’s military, saying the army had “spread misinformation” after a coup in which it seized power and detained civilian on February 1.

Myanmar’s military leader | No voice no more?

Facebook said the measures were not in actuality a ban, but would curtail the number of viewers of the content on the official page run by the Myanmar army.
