DAYTIME restrictions were lifted from all of Indian Occupied Kashmir early Saturday 28th Sept morning, news agencies reported. Indian Occupied Jammu and Kashmir consists of 22 districts.

Unrest and violence had broken out in the region after India quashed Article 370 of its Constitution on the 5th of August.

The curfew in IOK was lifted ostensibly on the persistence of Pakistani Prime Minister Imran Khan at the UN, publicising to the world forum how the Indian government had “clamped down barbarically” on the territory disputed by both India and Pakistan in disregard of diplomatic and political norms.
